Ancient bronze chariot rein attachment attributed to approximately the 1st–2nd century AD. The piece is cast in the form of a stylized human bust with detailed facial features, headdress or coiffure, and decorative elements across the chest. A projecting rear section and lower loop or attachment point suggest use as a fitting or rein guide associated with a chariot or harness assembly. Mounted on a custom clear Lucite display base. Measures approximately 3 × 3 inches according to the accompanying collection documentation. The paperwork provides no additional cultural attribution or provenance. Surface patina, oxidation, mineral deposits, wear, and age-related imperfections are present throughout. Please review all photographs for condition and details
